Tips for Keeping Everyone Healthy
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Avoid close contact with others, including handshakes and hugging.
- Avoid close contact – meaning within 6 feet – with people who have a cough or other respiratory symptoms.
- Stay home when you are feeling ill.
- Wash your hands with soap and water thoroughly and often, for at least 10 seconds.
- Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water are unavailable.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household spray or wipe.
- Support small businesses in your area by utilizing their take-out menu!
If you think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, contact your health care provider promptly if you develp a fever, cough, or have difficulty breathing. Before you go to a clinic or hospital, call ahead so the staff can take the appropriate precautions.
